Yahoo! Monthly / Annual keyword search volume tool?

I need to know the Yahoo! search volume of a keyword for given region and date range. Just like Google’s Keyword Tool.
e.g. Monthly searches for keyword: "chair" in the region Japan:
Jan 2010: 120000
February 2010: 130000
etc.
Are there any free or paid Yahoo tools or Yahoo services?
