They will list with MLS, naturally, and probably in a number of publications in your home market, e.g. real estate shopper magazines, newspaper, etc. Aggressive is the new catchword for people doing a job on your behalf. It makes it sound as if they are concentrated solely on your business.

These so called marketing "experts" belive that as soon as there is a commercial break on, you as a viewer jumps up to make a cuppa tea, pop to the loo, or just generally strech your legs, therefore they play the adverts louder, so you can still hear it, or so they belive, little do they know that 99% of us just turn it straight back down!

First you use search to find it.
Then you select it.
When you select it, it gives you the option to record it.

This sounds to me like they are using page anchors. This is achieved using html tags.

The 'anchor', place where you want the link to scroll down to <a name="here"></a>
The link to the anchor, <a href"#here">Click this link!</a>

rename 'here' to be anyname you want, make it unique for each different anchor.
