You should be aware of what you will need to do in order to eat a healthy vegetarian diet. You can't just cut the meat out of your diet - you must include other foods you may or may not be familiar with. Become familiar with beans, legumes, nuts, tofu, etc. Educate yourself. I would strongly recommend either "Becoming Vegetarian" or "Becoming Vegan", depending on what your goals are.
